Can I return my purchase and get a refund?

If you are not fully satisfied with your new purchase, you have the right to return it for a Refund within 14 days of delivery date without giving any reason as long as it is not an item marked as "Final Sale".

Some items are marked as 'Final Sale'. What does this mean?

'Final Sale' items are usually items from previous collections which are on sale. A 'Final Sale' item cannot be returned for a Refund just for an Exchange or Store Credit. As soon as we receive your returned purchase, we will issue and e-mail to you a Credit Coupon of equal value that expires 3 months later.

Can I exchange an item for another one?

Unfortunately you cannot. If you wish for another product you may choose to get a Credit Coupon by checking the 'Coupon' Box on your Returns/ Exchange form. The coupon code will be emailed to you as soon as we receive your return and you can use it at your next purchase!

I need a different color/size.

If you feel you need a different color/size of the same product, please fill it on the Return/Exchange Form and send your package back to us within 14 days of delivery date including the original receipt.

Who is responsible for the return shipping charges?

  • In case of a return for a refund, you have to cover the shipping cost.
  • In case of an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping charges but we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item back to you.
  • In case of an exchange of a 'Final Sale' Item, you are not only responsible for the return shipping charges but also for the cost for sending the new item back to you.

What is your Return Policy for international customers?

Sorry, but we are not able to offer an Exchange on returned items for international customers, only a Refund or Store Credit. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. That means, we will refund you for the returned item but not for the shipping costs.

I have received a faulty/wrong item. What should I do?

If you have bought a faulty item from a physical store, you should contact them as soon as possible. is not responsible for any products sold by our stockists or their return policy.

How can I make a return?

Very easily! Fill out the Return/Exchange Form which is in your package, pack properly and send your return to the address written on the Form along with the original receipt within 14 days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges.


Could I place an order via phone or a message on Social Media?

Unfortunately you cannot. All orders must be made through 'Fotini Karagianni' E-shop.

I want to place an order but my region is missing from your list.

Don't worry, in that case you can always choose another region but please be sure to fill in the right address and postal code as well as the correct region at "Add note to seller" section.

Can I cancel my order?

Send us your cancellation request to as soon as possible.

Why was my order cancelled?

Hm! That probably means that our inventory wasn't accurately updated and the product you wished for is out of stock or you have failed to receive older orders more than once and we had to cancel your new order. In that case, try to place a new order by using your Credit/Debit Card.


How can I pay for my order?

If you are a customer in Greece:

  • Cash on Delivery-The payment is made on delivery.

If you are an international customer:
  • Debit/Credit Card

On 'MY CART' page, enter the code exactly as it was given to you and hit Apply! If you have done this right, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.


Do you offer Free Shipping?

Oh yes! We offer Free Shipping for:

  • All orders in Greece.
  • All international orders above 150€.
*International orders under €150 will be charged a flat rate of €10.
