1. After placing an order with 'Manual Payment' option, you will receive an email with your order information.

2. Please use your banking app to complete the payment through IRIS. In the payment reference/message field, please enter your full name and order number.

3. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).​

1. After placing an order with 'Credit Card' payment option, you will receive an email with your order information.

2. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

1. After placing an order with 'Credit Card' payment option, you will receive an email with your order information.

2. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays in Greece).

3. All orders are shipped from Athens via Hellenic Post or Geniki Taxydromiki and it usually takes 8-10 days to reach your door after dispatch date.
