DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

• OFFLINE PAYMENT

1. After placing an order with "Offline Payment" option, you will receive an email with your order information.

2. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. All orders are shipped from Athens with Geniki Taxydromiki and it usually takes 1-3 days to reach your door after dispatch date.

4. You will pay on delivery!

Please note that www.fotinikaragianni.com reserves the right to cancel an order placed with ‘Offline Payment‘ option when the customer has failed to receive another order in the past or the shipping details are incomplete or incorrect.

• CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

1. After placing an order with "Credit Card" payment option, you will receive an email with your order information.

2. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. All orders are shipped from Athens with Geniki Taxydromiki and it usually takes 1-3 days to reach your door after dispatch date.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

1. After placing an order with "Credit Card" payment option, you will receive an email with your order information.

2. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays in Greece).

3. All orders are shipped from Athens via Hellenic Post or Geniki Taxydromiki and it usually takes 8-10 days to reach your door after dispatch date.

Please note that "Offline Payment" option is available only for customers located in Greece.
