RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your new purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery date without giving any reason.
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces excluding items marked as "Final Sale" which are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Please return the item unused, in its original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way! will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.
Items which are not in their original condition or items sent back after the 14 day period will not be accepted and immediately returned. In this case the customer will be charged with the shipping cost.
"FINAL SALE" ITEMS
We now accept exchanges on our "Final Sale" items. In this case the customer is responsible not only for the return shipping charges but also for the shipping cost incurred for sending the new item/s back to him. The shipping cost depends on the delivery destination and the current pricelist of Geniki Taxydromiki .
Please note that we cannot refund any "Final Sale" products sent back but a credit coupon of equal value will be issued and emailed to you in order to use it at your next purchase. Credit coupons expire 3 months after issue date.
Send us your cancellation request to as soon as possible.
Please note that when you pay for your order using your Credit/Debit card, the funds are immediately reserved for us. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
Sorry but we can't make any changes on your order after you've placed it. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.
There's no need to let us know you're returning something for a refund, just fill it in the Returns/Exchange Form which is enclosed in your parcel and send it to the address written on the form, along with the original receipt, within 14 days from delivery date.
We recommend using a traceable carrier such as Geniki Taxydromiki, ACS, DHL etc. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us. Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss or damage of your item being returned so make sure it’s packed properly.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to for a refund is not covered or reimbursed by us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once we've got your return, we'll issue your refund within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Exchange of a purchased item can only be accepted if you would like to swap sizes or colors and depends on the availability.
Fill your desired color/size in the Returns/Exchange note inside your parcel and send it back to us including the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Once we’ve got your package you will receive a message noting you the availability of the product. If the product is unavailable we will proceed to a refund. If the product is available it will be held for you and will be shipped within 3 business days.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable but we will cover the shipping cost to send you the new piece/s.
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges for International Customers. If you need a different size/color please place a new order and follow the return instructions as described above for a refund on your original order.
Original and return shipping costs are non refundable, that means that you will get a refund for the returned item(s) but not for the shipping.
