RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your new purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery date without giving any reason. We offer refund on all our pieces excluding items marked as "Final Sale". "Final Sale" items cannot be returned for a refund, only for store credit.

Fill in the 'Return' field on the Returns/Exchange Form which is enclosed in your parcel, pack properly and send your return to the address written on the form, along with the original receipt within 14 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Once we've got your return, we'll issue your refund within 8-10 business days.

In the case of a "Final Sale" product, a credit coupon of equal value will be issued and emailed to you in order to use it at your next purchase. Credit coupons expire 3 months after issue date.
Please note that items which are not in their original condition or items sent back after the 14 day period will not be accepted and immediately returned. In this case, the customer will be charged with the shipping cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Send us your cancellation request to as soon as possible.
Sorry but we can't make any changes on your order after you've placed it. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.
EXCHANGE
Direct exchanges are not accepted. If you wish for another size/color or item of equal or greater value you may choose receiving a credit coupon instead of a refund.

Place your new order by using your credit code on the checkout. The value of the code will be deducted from the final price.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges for International Customers. If you need a different size/color please place a new order and follow the return instructions as described above for a refund on your original order.
Original and return shipping costs are non refundable, that means that you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) but not for the shipping.
